Estheticians
An esthetician is an individual authorized by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) to clean, stimulate, and beautify a person's scalp, face, neck, or arms; provide facial treatments; remove unwanted hairs; and apply extensions to a person's eyelashes.
Esthetician License Renewal
A Texas esthetician is required to take 4 hours of continuing education, including 1 hour of material dealing with sanitation in order to renew their license. Our TDLR-approved course covers the following topics:
- Sanitation (1 hour)
- Skin (1 hour)
- Hair & Nails (1 hour)
- OSHA Regulations (1 hour)
Total: 4 hours of continuing education credits.
